TMW networks its way onto Bebo

Here's a great bit of news about some of our very own work. I'm sure you've (you being TMW folk) all seen our fantastic work for T-Mobile on MySpace around their streetgigs campaign. Well we've now dipped our toe in the Bebo water too to promote their new tarrif MyFaves.
MyFaves gives you UNLIMITED FREE CALLS, TEXTS and MMSs to your five favourite people, which sounds like a great deal to me. The target audience for is 22 - 26 yr olds, so where better to engage with them, than within the Social Networking space. We therefore created a Bebo profile page as a low-cost test, with the aim of understanding the impact of promoting the brand within this space. The key objectives were to highlight the benefits of the product, engage interest through a competition, and ultimately drive traffic onwards to the MyFaves campaign microsite, which formed the key destination for T-Mobile's MyFaves ATL campaign.
From launch only hours ago today the page now has 37 friends already, pretty good going. We'll keep our eye on it and report back at the end of the promo
