I once sat on the tarmac at JFK for 4 hours. The best bit was that they showed us a film (Down with Love, Ewan MacGregor and Renne Zellwegger. If you ever get the chance, miss it) but they got a chance to return to the terminal, so stopped the film 1 hour and 20 mins in, right at the climactic scene.

This guy didn't even get to see 9/10 of a film, or any food. Luckily he had a video camera. I saw this on the Fallon blog last night, and they report 464 views. This morning, it has 13,438 views. Now, theoretically this is the beginning of one of those viral complaints that damage big companies so much and a great example of the power of the internet to get stories that companies otherwise ignore out there. Delta has a terrible reputation (Doesn't Ever Leave The Airport) but it's rare to get this kind of concrete proof. It will be interesting to track this story to see if it impacts Delta at all.
